Terms of Service

By using AF Dental Studio services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all patients and visitors of our dental clinic located in Heredia, Costa Rica.

AF Dental Studio offers a variety of dental services including, but not limited to: • General and preventive dentistry • Teeth whitening • Smile design • Dental implants • Orthodontics • Oral surgery • Pediatric dentistry • Dental emergency care Specific treatments will be recommended by our dental professionals based on individual patient evaluation.

• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or WhatsApp • You can book appointments up to 3 months in advance • Appointment confirmation is required 24 hours before • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling • Emergency appointments are subject to availability • When canceling an appointment, the time slot becomes available for other patients

• Service prices will be communicated before starting any treatment • A deposit is required for certain procedures • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers • Payment plans are available for extensive treatments • We work with most dental insurance providers in Costa Rica Costs may vary depending on treatment complexity and materials used.

Before any dental procedure: • The diagnosis and treatment options will be explained to you • You will be informed about the risks and benefits of treatment • Written consent will be required for major procedures • You have the right to ask questions and obtain clarifications • You may request a second opinion if desired

It is your responsibility to: • Provide accurate and complete medical information • Inform about allergies, medications, and health conditions • Update your medical history when changes occur • Inform about pregnancy or suspected pregnancy Omission of relevant medical information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your treatment.

• Dental treatment results may vary by patient • We do not guarantee specific results • We offer limited warranties on certain procedures (explained case by case) • Following post-treatment instructions is essential for good results • Complications should be reported immediately

AF Dental Studio will not be liable for: • Unsatisfactory results due to non-compliance with post-treatment instructions • Complications arising from omitted or incorrect medical information • Damages caused by failure to attend follow-up appointments • Circumstances beyond our control Our team is committed to providing high-quality dental care following professional standards.

All content on our website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is property of AF Dental Studio and is protected by Costa Rican intellectual property laws. Copying, reproducing, or distributing our content without prior written authorization is not permitted.

AF Dental Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
